Reservation Costs
KaiPacha charges an amount of € 40,- in reservation costs per ticket.
Alterations and cancellation
When selling tickets KaiPacha acts as an intermediary between the customer and the airline. This means that in all cases the conditions of the concerned airline apply (including possible alteration or cancellation costs). For some tickets the cancelation costs are high, a cancellation insurance can prevent problems.
Beside the costs charged by the airline, KaiPacha charges the following costs:
Before the ticket is printed:
Alteration: € 25,- per person
Cancelation: only the reservation costs
After the ticket is printed: (after your payment has been received by us)
Alteration: € 25,- per person
Cancelation: € 50,- + reservation costs
Passport/Visa
The customer can request information on visa and passports with us, however the customer is personally responsible for possessing the required documents. Possible costs due to not possessing the required documents can not be recovered from KaiPacha. The above mentioned conditions are valid for all obligations between KaiPacha and third parties.
Payment and travel documents
The person principally responsible for the booking will receive an invoice/booking confirmation by email (or regular mail). Only after receiving this invoice/booking confirmation will the booking be definite. The person principally responsible for the booking should thoroughly check the information and report possible mistakes to KaiPacha.
The airlines generally request a full payment by us within a few days. Occasionally a special or action tariff has to be paid within a period of 24 to 96 hours. The maximum date of payment is always mentioned in the invoice. On that date the complete amount (including possible travel and/or cancellation insurance) has to have been transferred to our account. The amount can be transferred to the following accounts: ABN Amro account number 45.97.13.248 or Ing account number 5834676, mentioning the reservation number given in the invoice/booking confirmation.
When there has been no timely payment, KaiPacha reserves the right to cancel the booking, without relieving the customer of the obligation of payment.
Ticket insurance
KaiPacha automatically includes a ticket insurance for every ticket sold. In case an airline should find itself in financial problems, this insurance guarantees KaiPacha customers full return of the ticket costs to a maximum of € 2.000.- per ticket. For this insurance an amount of € 6,- is charged.
